For 30 years, we have trained dogs and competed in dog sports. We have competed in obedience, conformation, herding trials and hunt tests. German Shorthaired Pointers have been our main breed for 19 years.

First and foremost our dogs are our companions and hunting partners. Our dogs are selectively bred for sound healthy bodies and minds and to excel in the field. Paintedsky has produced numerous titled individuals in the field and show ring from limited breedings. We have produced multiple group placing individuals in the show ring and multiple hunt test and obedience titled dogs.

We also are active in Earth Dog trials with our Border Terrier, Wren, who only lacks 2 legs to complete her Master Earth Dog Degree. Our Australian Shepherd, Leah, will start her show and herding career in 2010. The Wirehaired Pointing Griffion, Fergus, has his Junior Hunter and will be finishing his Senior Hunter title this fall. Our GSPs, Arlo, Coin are working their Master Hunter titles. Coin needs two legs to complete her title. We expect Arlo to complete Master Hunter this fall. MacLeod lacks one major to finish his Championship and is in training for his Senior Hunter title. We have the next generation of Paintedsky GSPs on the ground and they will be ready to follow in their father's foot steps, Ch. Glorydays Crystal Twicetheluck, NRD, SH.
